Thai 7 Spice Blend from Spicewell's

Thai 7 Spice makes a brilliant meat rub that imparts delicate and aromatic flavours and a chili kick which bring Thai dishes to life.  Try as a rub, a wet marinade in oil or lemon juice or as a seasoning blend in stir fry.  Great with poultry, pork, meaty fish, vegetables and rice.



Chicken Stir Fry

  • 1 bunch spring onions, sliced diagonally
  • 2 tsp Thai 7 Spice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 450 g (1 lb) chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 100 g (4 oz) sugar snap peas, sliced diagonally
  • 125 g (5 oz) baby corn
  • 1 large carrot, sliced into batons
  • Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes, until browned. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a further 3-4 minutes. Stir in the Thai 7 Spice and the garlic and heat through for a further minute. Serve with rice or noodles.


Salt, Coriander, Pepper, Cinnamon, Chillies, Mustard Flour, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Ginger, Onion Powder, Star Anise, Cloves, Paprika Extract and Lemon Oil. Thai 7 Spice Blend is produced with herbs and spices from the UK and imported from other countries, then blended here in the UK.

Keep for up to 2 years in cool, dark, dry conditions 
or until the flavour diminishes.  Typically best within 6 months of delivery. Please use by the BB4 date on your package.
