Garnish and ingredient and a kitchen essential to many, dried parsley is a useful herb.
Parsley is often seen simply as a garnish but it also has the somewhat unique ability to enhance the flavours of other herbs. Its lightly grassy flavour is often used in stews, soups, on roast vegetables, egg, cheese and in fish dishes.
Considered by many as a kitchen essential, Parsley works well with Bouquet Garnis-type herbs like Rosemary, Sage, Chervil, Tarragon and Chives. Dried Parsley's flavour can get lost in cooking so add towards the end of your cooking time.
Also, take a look at our Ground Parsley which is perfect for sauces, breads and more.
