Mesquite Meat Rub

Ideal for the BBQ, great under the grill. Smoky, sweet and with a rich flavour, rub on meat an allow the flavours to infuse.

Sweet, smoky, earthy with a mild garlic and herb touch and the warmth of chipotle pepper.

To Use
Simply rub chicken, turkey, pork, lamb, mutton or beef with Mesquite Meat Rub, using enough to give an even coat all the way around.

Mesquite Meat Rub also makes a wonderful marinade. Try 2-3 Tbs of Mesquite Meat Rub, 4 Tbs Olive Oil, 2-3 Tbs lemon juice and 1-2 Tbs Honey. Marinade 750g of chicken breast overnight, then grill gently or BBQ. Simple and delicious.

Over time the essential oils, aromatics and colour of your herbs will fade and the flavours change. Though you may keep them for up to 2 years in cool, dark, dry conditions in an airtight container we suggest that they are typically best within 6 months of delivery. Please use by the BB4 date on your package.
