The well known herb, Marjoram, has a warm and slightly bitter flavour that is both sweet and woodsy. Use Marjoram in soups, egg dishes, in meat and poultry dishes, in quiches, frittatas, pizzas and pasta; with the flavour working really well with tomatoes.
Marjoram partners with citrusy aromatics - add it to your herb collection, it is a kitchen essential.
