A bright, zesty citrus leaf that adds an unmissable aromatic flavour to Thai and Indonesian dishes especially curries, soups and sauces. In Thailand, where fresh leaves are readily available, they go by the name of Bai Ma Grood. For those of us in the UK not close to a lime tree these dried leaves are an aromatic and flavourful alternative. Use them by crushing and grinding into a powder or soak in water, remove, and reduce to a paste with a pestle and mortar.

Storage Over time the essential oils, aromatics and colour of your herbs will fade and the flavours change. Though you may keep them for up to 2 years in cool, dark, dry conditions in an airtight container we suggest that they are typically best within 6 months of delivery. Please use by the BB4 date on your package.
