Kashmiri chilli powder is one of our favourites. Mild Kashmiri chillies are ground to a fine powder that will add chilli pepper flavour, a little heat and lots of colour. Adds a fantastic rich red to Indian dishes like Chicken Tikka and Tandoori. Works wonderfully in Tex Mex favourites like chilli con carne, fajitas and tacos.
A really rich pepper flavour and a lot of colour come from the Kashmiri pepper. If you own Rick Stein's India cookbook you'll definitely need kashmiri; he loves the stuff!
