A light blend of herbs popular in the South of France for adding delicate flavour to chicken, fish, potatoes and vegetables.
Try as an alternative to Italian and Mixed herbs. It's delicious on omelettes, buttered boiled baby potatoes, mixed with olive oil and drizzled on veg prior to roasting, blended with butter to make a herb butter, sprinkled on fish and added to pasta and pasta sauces.
For a Roast Chicken try mixing 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 Tbsp Herbes de Provence, 1 crushed clove of garlic and 1 Tbsp of butter, then sliding between the skin and breast before roasting.
Ingredients Dried Thyme, Marjoram, Rosemary, Basil and Tarragon. Produce of more than one country, hand packed in Devon, UK.
