Fennel Seeds

Often compared to Dill for its' slightly sweet, warm and liquorice-like taste, though Fennel's anise flavour is slightly more delicate.

Use Fennel in Asian and Oriental dishes, with fish, duck, pork, rice and with vegetables like beetroot, cabbage, cucumber, carrots and leeks.  Great in biscuits, bakes and cakes.  Apparently, also great in gin?!

Ingredients
Fennel Seeds, you may also know fennel seeds as Saunf, Sombu, Badishop, Variyali. Produce of India, hand packed in Devon, UK.

Storage
Keep for up to 2 years in the right conditions or until flavour diminishes.
