A new recipe that brings smoky paprika, cracked pepper and oregano to the flavour fiesta. A nice balance of warmth comes in from the chilli which is rounded out with garlic and earthy cumin. Delicious.
Recipe Super quick - pan fry strips of beef or chicken with olive oil and onions then add Fajita Spice, followed by strips of bell pepper, fry until cooked through. Serve in wraps with salad, grated cheese and sour cream. Also, great used as a marinade with olive oil and lime juice!
