The flavour of fresh coriander is not captured in the dried version, however it does have its' culinary uses from garnishing to flavouring and can be used as an alternative for fresh (at a pinch). Substitute 1 tbsp dried for 3 tbsp freshly chopped coriander.
Dried parsley or a mixture of ground coriander and a pinch of cumin can also work as substitutes for fresh coriander, depending on your recipe.

Storage Over time the essential oils and aromatics in your herb will fade and the balance of flavours change. Keep for up to 2 years in cool, dark, dry conditions in an airtight container. Please use by the BB4 date on your package.
