Our Cajun meat Rub is a tasty dry meat rub and seasoning for all who love bold flavour. It is sweet woody-herbyness and a little peppery heat which gives it a mild kick. Perfect for the BBQ and grill.

Recipe For a little 'zip' in your meal use 1 teaspoon per pound for grilled chicken wings, steaks and pork chops. Barbecuing ribs? For a really quick way to make a delicious marinade simply add 2 teaspoons of Cajun Spice Blend and 1 tablespoon of honey to a cup of your favourite BBQ sauce (a shot or two of bourbon is a nice touch!).
For vegetables a drizzle of olive oil and a light sprinkling of Cajun before roasting adds an original flavour (great with onions, peppers, mushrooms and courgettes). For an amazing snack or side dish cut potatoes into wedges, part boil, 'fluff' them up a little then drizzle with olive oil and a dusting of Cajun Spice Blend before roasting in the oven - totally delicious!
