*500g chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
500g of your favourite stir fry veg
3-4 TBS TBS olive oil
3-4 TBS apple juice
3-4 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS honey
3 Crushed cloves of garlic
1-2 Tablespoons of Spicewell's Thai Stir Fry
In a small bowl, combine the apple juice, soy sauce, honey, set aside.
Add oil to a large wok, heat on high then add chicken strips, stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until lightly cooked.
Add crushed garlic, stir. Add Spicewell's Thai Stir Fry, stir, then add your veg' to the wok, stir and fry for a couple of minutes
Pour in the apple juice, soy sauce and honey blend and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with noodles.
*This is a tasty stir fry without meat. We'll normally cook the noodles while stir frying the veg. Set the veg aside, leaving the soy/honey/apple juice in the wok, then drain the noodles, and them to the liquid in the wok so they absorb all the flavour. Add the veg to the noodles, stir and serve.
To add more depth and a little spice, try marinating the sliced chicken (or pork) over night in a blend of 1 TBS Thai 7 Spice, 1 TBS Soy Sauce, 1 TSP honey.
